The menu is locally sourced, including produce from the farm on the premises, focusing on marrying South Indian and Texan flavors. It’s a one of a kind dinner menu in Austin, TX that changes every month. Below is the menu for our May series and will be subject to change in June and every month after.

The Training Kitchen is a non profit and multi-hyphenated event space that continues to champion the community in Austin, TX, specifically focusing their efforts on families with limited financial access. All proceeds are split between the chef and this amazing organization.
